If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please advise us within seven days of receipt and we will happily issue a credit or if you prefer a full refund. All damages or shortages must be reported to us within seven days of delivery.

If you are dissatisfied with any of the products you have received or they are not as you expected, you may return them in perfect condition and complete pack size within seven days for a full refund, please note such items are returned at your own expense and in all cases it is your responsibilty to pack them in order that they reach us in the same condition you received them in.
